Paymint

Terms of service

Template — must be reviewed and completed by Moroccan legal counsel before launch (company details, applicable law, processing-partner terms, fees, dispute handling).

1. The service

Paymint provides software that lets merchants create payment links and QR codes and follow their payments. Card payments are processed by licensed payment institutions and acquiring banks. Paymint does not hold customer funds and is not a bank.

2. Merchant obligations

Merchants provide accurate business information, sell lawful goods and services, honour refunds according to their stated policy, and keep their account credentials and API keys secure.

3. Verification

Live payments require verification of the merchant's identity and business (KYC). Paymint may suspend accounts to comply with law or partner requirements, or to prevent fraud.

4. Fees

Applicable fees are displayed in the merchant dashboard before they apply.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Paymint is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Moroccan law.
